- PROWIREUSA, LLC ("Prowireusa," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit prowireusa.com (the "Site") or buy from us, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.

2. Information We Collect
- Information you provide. When you create an account, place an order, request a quote, contact us, or sign up for emails, we collect information such as:
- name, company name, and job title;
- billing and shipping addresses;
- email address and phone number;
- order history and account preferences;
- carrier account numbers, if you ship on your own account;
- sales tax exemption documents, if applicable;
- end-use or end-user information for international orders, when required for export compliance; and
- the content of your communications with us.
- Payment information. Card and digital wallet payments (such as Apple Pay and Google Pay) are processed by our third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
- Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, approximate location (such as state or country), pages viewed, links clicked, the page that referred you to the Site, and the date and time of your visit.

- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics collects information such as pages viewed and time on site. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Advertising. We use Google Ads to measure the effectiveness of our ads and to show ads to people who have visited the Site. You can manage ad personalization in your Google Ad Settings.
- Email marketing. We use Klaviyo to send emails. Klaviyo may use cookies and pixels to track whether emails are opened and clicked, and may track activity on the Site to help us send relevant messages.
- Your choices. Where required by law, including in the European Union and United Kingdom, we ask for your consent before placing non-essential cookies, and you can change your choices at any time. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may not work properly if you do.

- shipping carriers, such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL, to deliver your orders;
- payment processors, to process your payments;
- Klaviyo, for email communications;
- Google, for analytics and advertising; and
- our website platform and hosting providers.
- Legal and compliance. We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to legal process, meet export control requirements, or protect our rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfers. If Prowireusa is involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar transaction, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- With your consent. We may share information for other purposes with your permission.
- No sale of personal information. We do not sell your personal information for money. Our use of advertising cookies may be considered "sharing" for targeted advertising under some U.S. state laws. You can opt out as described in Section 4.
6. Email Marketing
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by contacting us. Even if you unsubscribe, we will still send transactional messages about your orders and account.
7. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, maintain your account, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and quality system recordkeeping requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We process personal information to perform our contract with you (such as fulfilling orders), for our legitimate interests (such as improving the Site and preventing fraud), with your consent (such as non-essential cookies and marketing emails where required), and to comply with legal obligations.
- How to make a request. Email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We respond to requests within the time required by applicable law.
10. International Data Transfers
Prowireusa is based in the United States, and the Site is hosted in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as standard contractual clauses used by our service providers.
