USPS First Class postage carries no insurance and limited tracking
DeutschConnectorStore does not offer any additional insurance or reimbursement for packages that are either lost in transit or damaged (This policy does not apply to UPS or FedEx shipping services). USPS does offer limited insurance (up to 50.00 USD) included in the priority mail shipping cost. DeutschConnectorStore will not handle the claims process, this will be the responsibility of the receiver of the package. International shipping options are available during checkout. For international customers we highly recommend UPS and FedEx service due to the traceability of the packages.

USPS offers little to no tracking outside of the USA and no insurance, some countries have full tracking available please see the USPS website for more information. If you decide on USPS for international shipping, we will not be able to file claims on your behalf or inquire on the location of your package once it has left the U.S.
